24/7

Friday night reads like Monday morning. No backlog, no end-of-day fatigue.

Faster per deal, with the same read on the last file as the first.

The office scales with deal volume, not with admin headcount.

Calibration

Specialists in the OREA forms, not a generic system.

Tuned to the OREA standard forms and your office checklist, the exact documents your deals are built from.

Calibrated, not generic

Built around the OREA standard forms rather than a one-size document model.

Catches what a generic tool skips

Struck clauses, hand-initialed changes and irrevocable dates: the OREA specifics that decide whether a deal is actually firm.

OREA revises, we update

A new form release is a configuration change, not a months-long retraining project.

70+ OREA form types, reviewed together with your compliance lead.

The checks

Every check a senior deal admin would make, and more.

/01 · Signatures

Signatures and initials

Every required block, on digital and scanned PDFs alike.

/02 · Reconciliation

Cross-form reconciliation

A figure must match on every form it appears on, including deposit receipts.

/03 · Amendments

Amendments and conditions

Waivers and fulfillments tracked to the clause they touch.

/04 · Documents

PDF splitting and sorting

Messy combined packages separated into the right forms.

/05 · Dates

Business date logic

Requisition and closing dates checked against a real Ontario calendar.

/06 · Completeness

No missed files

Each package checked for missing documents, ending the back-and-forth chase.

/07 · Audit

Permanent audit trail

Who decided what, when, and why, kept on the record.

/08 · Security

Secured data

Encrypted in transit and at rest, in a private storage bucket.

/09 · Legal

Lawyer questions referred

Anything touching law is flagged for a person, never decided by software.

When a field is too unclear to read with confidence, the platform does not guess. It flags it for a human to confirm.

Onboarding

Nothing changes for your agents.

No new agent login. No new habit. No training session. They send deals the way they send them today.

Step one · Received

The agent sends the package

Same attachments and the same behaviour they already know.

Step two · Reviewed

The platform reads it

Every page, then every document against the others, because real problems appear when forms disagree.

Step three · Returned

Your office handles exceptions

Each finding arrives with a page reference, back in under five minutes. Clean files stop competing for attention.

No new tool for your agents. Deals flow in from the way your brokerage already works.

Control

The platform flags. Your admin decides.

The software never files anything on its own. It surfaces findings, your admin acts on each one, and every decision is logged.

01

Jump to the source

Click any finding and the PDF opens to the exact highlighted line.

02

Waive with a reason

Dismiss a false positive in one step. The reason is logged.

03

Approve in one click

Clear the deal the moment you are satisfied. Nothing files without you.

04

Nothing is silent

Every approval and waiver lands in a reviewable audit trail.

The brokerage's sign-off remains the act of record, and the audit trail proves who made it.

Configuration and support

Changes take days, not quarters.

You are not waiting behind a roadmap committee or a support tier. The software fits how your office runs, and it keeps fitting as your process changes.

Fit

Fits your office.

Screens, labels and queue order match how your admin already works. Not a template.

Change

Changes, not tickets.

A particular check, form type or report layout gets built and switched on. You are not waiting on a release cycle.

Support

Direct support.

One point of contact through setup and after go live. No tiers, no ticket queue.

Configuration is part of the service, not a paid add-on. The platform adapts as your process changes.

Handling confidential files

Built for paperwork you cannot afford to leak.

Residency

Stored in Canada

Deal records and documents are held in a Canadian region.

Compliance

SOC 2 and ISO 27001 infrastructure

Built on Supabase and Render, both independently audited under SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001.

Encryption

Encrypted in transit and at rest

Deal PDFs live in a private storage bucket, never public.

Encrypted, access-controlled, and isolated per office, on audited infrastructure.

Common questions

The questions brokerages actually ask.

What does the agent get back, and how fast?

The agent who sent the deal gets a report emailed straight back, usually within five minutes, day or night. It shows the overall status and a plain list of what needs attention, each item tied to the page it came from. The answer lands right in their inbox.

Does anything change for my agents?

No. Your agents send the deal package the same way they do today: the same attachments, to the same address. There is no new app to install and nothing new they are required to learn. The review and the report happen behind the scenes, so the only real change is a cleaner file coming back.

How do agents and admins see their deals?

Everyone works from the same dashboard, with what they see set by their role. An agent who signs in sees their own deals; an admin sees every deal in the office. Each one shows its green, yellow, or red status at a glance, and opening a deal lays out the findings, with a click on any finding jumping to the exact spot in the PDF to waive or approve. The dashboard runs in any browser and also installs as an app on a phone or computer, so the deal queue is a tap away.

How is our data kept secure?

Deal files are encrypted in transit and at rest and held in a private storage bucket, never public. The platform runs on infrastructure that is independently audited under SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001.

What does getting started look like?

Onboarding is done for you, start to finish. We map your office's checklist and the exact OREA forms your deals use, calibrate the platform to your standards, set up your logins, and walk you through the dashboard.
